Rods are reported to be nearly invisible, sometimes reported to be a
jelly like whitish glowing material, and possibly some are transparent
by nature, they are cylindrical objects, which can be captured by a
camera set on a high shutter speed setting, vary in size from a few
inches to over a hundred feet. They have been observed to propel
themself rapidly through the air, swimming like a jellyfish would in
the water. In 1920 an eel swimming in the air was written about by H.P
Lovecraft, in 1896, Crawfordsville, Indiana a flying serpent (swimming
through the air like a snake) was reported being visible for three
days by over 100 town's people. A popping sound can generally be heard
coming from them, perhaps from the flapping in the atmosphere, or
perhaps they are hollow like a tube.
Rods have been witnessed around ufo or in the area where UFO's have
been reported, such as Area 51. They have been seen so large around
these areas that they have been mistook for a cigar craft.
Rod shaped rock carvings (over 1000 years old) have been found in
Argentina.
In the late fifties they were photographed and called critters in
the sky.
The rods have been photographed moving from the sky into water and
moving from the water into the atmosphere. Therefore, they are
believed to make the water their home or at least water is a part of
their life cycle, but able to move around in the atmosphere for a
length of time.
Rods are believed to be physical, and yet they've also been seen
appearing out of nowhere which suggests they may be interdimensional.
Five hundred million years ago, in the seas existed a monster of a
creature, a top predator which is believed to be the Great, Great,
Great Grandfather of today's rods.
About 4 or 5 years ago, I remember sitting on the porch around 8:30
am one weekend morning with a friend. The pouch faces the east and was
bright in the sky. When looking up above power lines, we both noticed
these transparent objects, hundreds of them moving very quickly in the
sky. In July and August (2003), I have experienced something touching
me, yet being able to see nothing. I believe this was rod activity.
